Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard and most leading credit/debit cards. We DO NOT accept AMERICAN EXPRESS. We DO NOT charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are NOT charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. (See our "Reaching Us" link for address details). |

Shipping And Handling
Any order ABOVE £75.00 are free delivery. Orders UNDER £75.00 are charged at £5.95 delivery cost. Please note that we DO NOT send overseas nor to THE CHANNEL ISLANDS or JERSEY. We WILL send to NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, OFFSHORE and HIGHLANDS and Grampiam at an extra delivery charge of £15.00 which will be charge when orders are processed. |

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days depending on courier holidays, bank holidays, local Holidays, and annual Staff holidays. |

Back Orders
If your item is NOT in stock, we will notify you within one day of receiving your online order then back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added to every order except carseats which are at a 5% VAT rate. |
