Delivery & Returns
Orders are normally despatched within 1 to 5 working days on a next working day service. This may vary depending upon stock situation, weather conditions and order volumes.
We will email you when your order is despatched and you should receive it the next working day. If you have not received it within 7 working days of this email please email us at email@example.com and we will check the delivery status.
In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, the recipient will be left a card informing them when a redelivery will take place (Monday to Friday) or informing them to contact their local depot to rearrange delivery and the goods will be held at the local depot for up to five working days for the recipient to rearrange delivery. Failure to rearrange delivery within this timescale will result in the goods being returned back to us and to redeliver the goods there will be a charge of £15.00 inc VAT.
If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the Delivery Attempted card left by your driver, your order will be returned to us we will then wait for you to contact us before we refund you your money minus the return postage cost (£15.00 inc VAT)
Wrong Address Supplied
If you have entered an incorrect address for delivery and your goods are signed for by another party Just4Baby.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result.
UK MAINLAND (Unless stated below): Orders ABOVE £49.99 are free delivery. Orders UNDER £49.99 are charged at £5.95 delivery cost.

You can return any goods purchased from Just4Baby.co.uk if notified within 7 working days and goods are returned at the customers expense. Any products returned must be received by us unused and we request that they are returned with original packaging.

Faulty Items Received
If you find a fault with your order and report it within a reasonable time we will either replace the faulty part, faulty item or arrange collection and issue a refund at customers discretion.
In most instances any problem can be easily and quickly resolved by the despatch we will send out parts to you FREE OF CHARGE or ask you to contact the manufacturer who will be able to deal with you directly.
